Great item for kitchen and dining room
I received the kit on a Wednesday and it took four hours to put together. The next day I cleaned it thoroughly, installed the thermometer and inlet hose, connected it to the water supply and tried it out for the first time. Not having the must handy, I distilled a gallon of inexpensive wine. It worked great! One fifth is a crystal-clear product with almost 120 vol. receive.
