This speaker has an amazing sound (and decent volume). I've heard others have had trouble connecting it to their phones. I have a Note 9 and haven't had any connection issues. I followed the instructions and it worked. However, I bought this in search of something that could work as a wearable Alexa. My first attempt at using the Echo features by asking for time worked great. Music was my primary goal so I asked him to play Pandora (which I do on all my (8) Echo devices) he said it wasn't supported. Pity! I was playing Pandora on my phone and of course as a Bluetooth device it worked. I hope that maybe a future update will fix this issue. Until then, I hope I don't find any more bugs. Ouch. Unlike all of my Revain Echo devices, you can't say "Alexa" to activate it, you have to press a button. Another crap. Not very practical when I'm working in the garden and my hands are dirty or I'm a few feet away. If they fix any of these small issues I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Meanwhile, I can't say enough good things about the rich sound of this speaker. Undoubtedly worth the price!
