the size is good and the fabric is soft, but the soft fabric is easy to tear. If you like to carry a shoulder strap and keep a lot of things in your handbag, don't worry about this purse. The rings for attaching the crossbody strap are so small and only sewn through the outer fabric without reinforcement that it immediately began to tear when used. Shame as I really liked this purse in everything else.
