I bought two of these (iPhone X) and a woman (iPhone 11) for a trip to the Galapagos Islands where we will be relaxing on the beaches and snorkeling. My personal experience with this product has been outstanding! I took my phone snorkeling and took some great shots and it was totally waterproof the whole way. We both had cases on our phones and didn't have to take them off before putting them in our pocket. However, I would like to point out some disadvantages of this type of product (not related to this brand): The inside of the packaging can and does get damp and foggy, resulting in blurry images and videos. This is unavoidable with this type of product, although you could certainly spray it with something to avoid this problem.- It doesn't fit your phone perfectly. It will not. It shouldn't. There will be air bubbles and voids, so the phone may be a bit difficult to use, but it's manageable. Squeezing out all the air before sealing might solve the above problem, but also makes it harder to get the phone out. . You can end up throwing your phone across the room if you're not careful. I've always been skeptical of them and denounce tourists for having them (let's be honest they look lame) but after using them I can't say I'm not happy. This product has given me great diving footage and I can safely say I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
