This bra fits me very well - I have two and I can buy more. I typically do at least 30 inches of gymnastics and/or yoga every day, and this bra works really well for those low-intensity workouts. It's also good if I add light cardio. My usual bra size is 36A and I bought this bra. in "average" - it fits well (note that I have broad shoulders, an athletic build; if you have a small cup size like me, but your build is narrower, you can size down).
