Review on 🔌 GE C by GE BR30 Starter Kit Soft White, 2-Pack by Jeremy Lawrence

Bad product. I'm very proficient with connected devices like this and managed to get this to work. This one, or GE's C products in general, sometimes work and sometimes don't. This hub is extremely unreliable in maintaining a network connection. Once you start using the hub, the lightbulbs won't work as they used to, and you have to turn on and plug in the hub to control them. My hub went offline at least once a day and I had to turn it off and on again to turn it back on. I tried many things to fix this behavior, nothing helped. It eventually stopped working and when I updated my app it now refused to connect to any of the nine pre-programmed C-by-GE bulbs I had purchased. To make matters worse, the bulbs don't reset to factory settings and the last time they were used they were at 10% brightness where they stay which is why I spent about $200 on a bunch of junk. I've finally bought a couple of Chinese unbranded hubless LED smart bulbs and so far I've been very happy with how reliably they do the same jobs (and more) as the C-by-GE system. . When you see a product with such bad reviews from Revain, run the other way.
