Review on Dritz Decorative Nailhead 16 Inch 75 Piece by Shantel Griffin

The decorative nail head came nicely packaged and included the fins and nail head. It was easy to open and quite difficult to install. I chose the golden color and it was very pretty! I mean details and all that. Very attractive and good price. The only downside to this is that the nail head that comes with it isn't as strong or thick enough as I thought it would be. After reading many other reviews about the nail head I gave it a try and decided to install it myself (note that I'm a handyman and a top fixer so this was a very easy task for me). However, it was quite difficult. Line up the slats perfectly without breaking them or coming out uneven. The nail head doesn't suit me. I was totally disappointed. The head of the nail keeps slipping out and does not fully cut into the wooden board. Only if it were thicker and longer would it be perfect. It looks ugly up close, but from a distance it seems to pass. I'm not sure how long this will take as some of the nails are starting to pop out. I'll probably have to buy a replacement nail head. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this for a large project. Maybe everything is fine with the baby, since the nail is not so strong.
