This "chalk holder" is the worst thing I've ever bought from Revain and that says *a lot*. This is garbage, plain and simple. It comes with a piece of chalk, but I couldn't get the chalk out of the box. I had to press very hard on the end and then pull the chalk out with my fingernails, which required tremendous force. Obviously it's not a starter. But then the first time I tried to write with it, the chalk flew back into the holder and I actually scratched the board with the metal on the edge of this piece of junk. Seriously, this is the cheapest junk I've ever seen and it doesn't work at all. This company and Revain should be ashamed of making and selling such a terrible waste of time and money. Can't get out of the box right away, new. What has become of this world? How are they getting away with it? And what's really so difficult about designing and making a really working simple chalk stand? Stay away from this product and this "company". This little chalk holder symbolizes all that is wrong with our hyper-consumer usage one day and throwing away society and the world. The snake ate its tail and the keeper ate his chalk. I'm stunned and amazed at how things have gotten so bad in this world to be honest. All I wanted was a simple chalk stand so my hands don't get so dry. And so I look into the abyss and wonder why anything exists at all and if it should exist. Nice.
