I bought a pair of these and a locksmith came and cut and programmed and only 1 key worked so I issued a refund and they want you to send a cut key back for your car . . I decided against it, so I spent the money on a key and programming. I mostly shop online and most companies want to get a good review and give you credit for small items without having to return them. This is the key that needs to be cut. I will not send my car keys back to anyone I don't know. These keys cost you very little, the return shipping is more expensive. Under these circumstances I feel that they should give me credit or send me another key for free without sending me back the faulty key which was cut to fit my car. Update - Only after 2 months another key stopped working
