I bought this unit in 2013 and it still works! I can't work a day in a pharmacy without this headset. This is truly a life changing product if you work in a retail pharmacy. The phone is constantly ringing and you cannot and should not be tied to a wired phone all day. In addition to relieving tension in your neck, you'll have incredible range of motion when you're stuck in a doctor's office or talking to a patient. The range of this headset is very large. For example, I can walk from the pharmacy to the aisles while still connected. Performance increases dramatically when using a headset. I can check scripts, restore drugs, etc. while doctors or insurance companies are waiting for me. It works so well that I've convinced several of my pharmacy partners to join and get it. Now most of us use these headphones every day. The battery doesn't last a full working day (10-12 hours), but a quick charge of 15-20 minutes in the middle of the day during a short break/lunch will charge it up nicely. For those who work, are busy with an unrelenting amount of phone calls and don't want to be tied down, get this! I highly recommend this headset to any retail pharmacist.
