My husband and I spend a lot of time running and hiking so we have it earlier used soft bottles a lot. We both liked the idea of holding this hand for shorter runs when we don't want to carry a lot. This setup is a great idea with a grip that adjusts to different hand sizes. The case has a key pocket and also fits my pepper spray. The problem with this is the cap on the bottle. It's really hard to get more than a drop out. Maybe it's just defective, as we've used lids like this before and haven't had any problems. The good news is that it doesn't leak at all. The bad news is that it's hard to drink while running, which defeats the purpose of wearing it in the first place.
