The audio is low and the battery doesn't last long.
We use this monitor to monitor my 78 year old mother with dementia/Alzheimer's when she is in her room. It would be nice if the sound could be boosted. Because of the background noise, it's hard to hear if my mother was calling my name. Also, the battery doesn't stay charged all day. We need to keep the charger close so we can charge it often. Those two things aside, we're very happy with this monitor.
