Appears to be well built and the transparent case is a plus in environments where it is required. The big problem is that when you try to use it in your pocket, the setting shifts. I have found that with many small pocket radios this is caused by movement in the pocket. I tend to leave it on my desk or desk for minimal impact. Second, since the headphone cable is also an antenna, movement can change the signal strength. Neither issue is a deal breaker as both are common to this Sirile radio and are not a design flaw. I should enjoy it and it works really well for what I use it for. The clear case is good because the security team can easily check if I don't care.
