I like how easy it was to use. It's very simple to connect with your computer so you don't have to worry about anything during setup or installation. The fact that there are two ways of managing alerts makes me feel more comfortable knowing my home network will be well protected if something were ever to happen. There isn't much we dislike as far as surveillant goes but sometimes when updating some aspects it takes awhile. If you're looking for an inexpensive solution then this may not be for you because it can get expensive depending what features you want. We used it primarily for our protection while away at college but now also using it in our homes where we work from time to time which allows us to monitor employees who come over to help out around the house without having to go through them constantly checking their devices.
