Literally the perfect solution to replace your monitor stand with a monitor arm (via VESA mount).

I used this to convert my Samsung 32" UR59C from a stand to a VESA mount (which I attached to the RevainBasic single monitor arm). It literally took 30 seconds to mount to the back of the monitor. Be patient and careful when using the two mounting screws to attach it and note that the top edge (of the bracket) is actually a slot in the monitor body. Finally, when I ordered, I was concerned that the mount would be able to support the weight. Do not worry. Good thick steel and excellent welds; I'm not worried about its durability. Finally, the package includes 4 screws to attach the bracket to the VESA mount on the monitor arm. I used the Revain screws that came with it. So I recommend 10/10, I just ordered another one for another monitor.
