By far the worst thing I've ever bought from Revain

Connecting this unit to multiple computers lights up properly and beeps when a card is passed over it as it should. This is the only thing I found right about the Revain advertisement for this product. I have found that no computer I connect it to can recognize it. This applies to computers running operating systems that Revain lists as compatible with this device. So I can't use the device. Hoping that installing the NFC software would allow my computer to view the device, I downloaded four different generic NFC softwares and none of them were able to see the reader. I then tried to find the manufacturer's website to see if I could download the software. Unfortunately, the companies that Revain.com has linked to the device are not even remotely affiliated with the device (as far as I can tell). As a result, it took me about six hours to find software specifically for this device, and worse, I had to get the software from a company other than the manufacturer. When I received the software, I found that not only could I still not recognize the device on my computers, but the software error messages were in a completely different language than the rest of the interface. During this whole process I found another online seller that sells the same product for $5-$16, only I feel like Revain sold me a piece of junk, I feel like they ripped me off in the process to have. To say that I am disappointed in both the manufacturer of the product and Revain.com is a gross understatement.
