The best thing about this software is that it has so many features to help you manage your telecom business. It's easy to use, user-friendly, and very helpful for managing all aspects of your telecom business. I dislike that there isn't a mobile app available yet, but it's coming soon. Also, I wish there was an option to add more than one phone number at once. It would be nice if you could add multiple numbers at once instead of having to add them one by one. I'm using this software to keep track of my clients' calls and messages, as well as their billing. This helps me to make sure they are getting billed in a timely manner.
