I like professional cases in bags, sleeves and sleeves
I have bought professional cases for all my iPads. I tried some other cases but ended up coming back because they were flimsy or poor quality. I like that the PC has some volume and more protection. My iPad never leaves the house, so I can't comment on using it on the go. Disabling open and close works fine. There are 3 viewing positions and all cutouts leave everything usable. They also have a front pocket for papers. So everything works for me.
