I keep these bags set up in my car trunk. Since it is still very hot outside I set my refrigerator items (in the store bags) into these bags while transporting them to the house. It keeps them cold enough until I get them unloaded and into the fridge or freezer, even the ice cream. I don't know that the handles would hold up if you used them to carry a full bag of groceries into the house, but since I don't need to do that I am happy with the product.
- I embroidered personalization on the top as a gift for my sister in law, she loved it!
- The bags are not waterproof
