The plastic part came out with my cable connector
Broken on first use. It is quite difficult to insert the plug. And when I try to unplug the connector, the black plastic part came loose from the base and went very bad. Now I can put it back in place and it looks like it can stay there, but 1) when I pull the plug out (air side) the plastic part comes out with my cable connector. 2) no sound, I guarantee the cable is ok because it has sound when connected directly. This is an inexpensive device made in China. it looks good, feels good. But break when you need it most.
