It's very simple to customize user interface, and it seems like they are working hard for feedback as well. I would highly recommend this software because their customer support is great! There were some features we needed that was not in their list but easy fix with little customization required by us. For example - We wanted auto-approval option of users which could be enabled through configuration files easily without using an admin panel or any other means.
