Looks solid but doesn't fully work
I had high hopes for this docking station for use with my Dell laptop but encountered a few problems right out of the box. First, the dual USB cable that came with it didn't work with my laptop. It's only a few mm and there's no way to adjust the cable. Don't worry, I took 2 USB-C cables and plugged them in. I figured I could live with plugging in an extra cable if needed. I checked USB and network and they seemed to work fine. Then I tried the HDMI connection and nothing. I tried the second HDMI port and still nothing. I've tested the cable to make sure it works and I'm sending the dock back.
