These headlights are pretty bright. The sound doesn't match the JBL/Harmon Kardon name. Think of the best laptop speakers you've ever had, and now imagine a laptop trying to fill a room. I have 4 in my kitchen and I would rate the sound as solid "pretty good" except they distort above 90% volume on most music. I got what I paid for as they are on sale right now for around $15. one piece. If you're thinking this is a $60 kitchen system, it really isn't bad. Tiny bass, but what do you expect from some powerful laptop speakers that double as really good projectors? The Bluetooth setup instructions are ridiculously complicated. If you use a master and a satellite, no problem. As you add more satellites, expect an hour of trial and error unless you're very experienced. The instructions are literally wrong in the sense that they take you to a nonexistent 'tab' to 'add a new satellite'. It's not a tab at all, nor is it about adding a new satellite. Anyway, I figured it out through trial and error and about 20 hops off the tabletop and back. Overall, I'm happy with the in-app purchase, but don't expect the sound to blow me away. Sorry for last year's buyers who paid full price, about $60 a pair. Having built-in lights in your garage would also be a good option if you live in the city and want a "reasonable" garage system that never bothers the neighbors.
