Not a bad product, quite normal quality.
I gave it to my 66-year-old father as a gift and it has some positive aspects. A quality bracelet that can accommodate even the largest of wrists. It's up to you which "screens" to use; I went with the biggest ones so that my grandma could read them. Categories can be prioritized, and unneeded components can be removed from the watch. The negatives: I used it to keep tabs on my cardio workload. The watch is designed to vibrate and suggest a break when a particular threshold is reached, but this feature is rendered ineffective when worn.
