My friend mostly wears hats but refuses to buy hats over $5. He used to wear a Ross dress for less money on his Volcom and Hurley hats, same as this one but solid, no more than $10 but lately we couldn't find those hats here (and when he got the price saw is $10 or more, he just doesn't have it).
