Terrible Quality Balloons
These balloons are of terrible quality. They break or already have tiny holes. It takes at least 3 or 4 bad ones before you can actually get one to withstand the water. We tried a kitchen faucet with very little water pressure and a water hose with barely any running water. Same result. I will not buy these again.
