The usable length of the leather is just over 12 inches. The title states that it is 22 inches long. The description says 24 inches. The package length is given as 17 inches. There are two strips of material. One is smooth tanned leather and the other is suede. Both feel cheap due to the thin suede. Short slaps on the belt might work for you, I was hoping for a larger work surface. This is a disposable item and I will have to look for a higher quality item in the near future. As always, you get what you pay for. This sling was cheap and cost very little.
