I fixed this issue! I found the LED connector was still in the box. As soon as I plugged it in, the remote was connected and everything worked as it should. I see this is explained better in the pictures on the Amazon website, but not in the manual or on the Aiboo website. One says Cancel, I found my problem. Responded within 24 hours. I will do business with them again! The original price - the remote control is not connected. The lights work, but I can't connect the remote control. I think the battery in the remote is ok because when I press the button I see a red light at the top of the remote. I've tried pairing using the prompts by holding the Speed- and Speed+ buttons for 5 seconds after turning on the switch, but the lights never flash. I also tried simply resetting with the green light button. Still no response to the lights flickering and the remote still does not control anything. Once I get this fix I will increase my rating. I'm not sure who to call.
