I have bought millet from this seller many times and have been generally satisfied. This time, however, it arrived, and a ton of millet seeds fell off the sticks and were piled on the bottom of the box. But my biggest complaint is that 80 percent of the sprays are twisted. Usually the majority lies flat. They may have a slight curve, but nothing like that. My birds are old and have cataracts so I just spray the spray on the ground or in their cages. With this batch of millet, the spray curves in 3-4 different directions and sticks up in the air etc. I don't know how millet grows and why it happened, but I will choose another supplier anyway. By the way, every time I receive a box from this seller, there is a paper inside that says if you have any problem, please contact the email on the paper and they will solve it. I did this and after a week with no response I finally started using millet as I had run out of time to return it etc. I would say very poor customer service. Maybe I should have gone straight through Amazon but I tried not to give them bad reviews on Amazon but here I am doing it anyway.
