Review on Zzteck by Floe Rankin

As a consistent customer of Zzteck, I regrettably have had some serious problems with their customer support. While their website is simple to use and they have a wide selection of products, the quality of their customer support has fluctuated. I have had trouble reaching a customer care agent on multiple occasions, and when I did, the agent was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in helping me resolve my problem. My orders have also frequently been delayed or lost, and the customer service staff has never been able to explain why or find a workable solution. I have been really dissatisfied with Zzteck's customer service overall, and I am cautious to do more business with them. Although their products can be of high quality, it is challenging to believe in them as a credible online merchant due to their lack of dependable and helpful customer support.
