You are hurt! Worn once, never again

This is a waste. They fit perfectly (my son usually wears a 4-5 and they fit perfectly. He wore them during the day before we went on the beach trip they were bought for. He couldn't wear them after our first few hours at the beach and had an open sore ,bloody and painful blisters on both heels (in the Achilles tendon area where the toe of the boot meets the top of the foot) one day just to wear his tennis shoes!So they've been worn once now and they're covered in beach sand so can I obviously can't return them now and he will never wear them again a waste of money!
