I work on the computer and play racquetball all day. The sport forces you to serve in a squat, which also puts strain on your back. I was given a chair for my lower back pain. It replaced the high-back executive chair. Has worked wonders for my lower back and I haven't used my old chair in over 2 months. Lack of back support causes the posture to be self-supporting. I can sit under a chair with my legs drawn up or stretch out in front of it (see photo). I don't think I'll ever use a regular chair to work on the computer. A colleague has it too. She has aching knees and pain in her knees when (sometimes) using a chair. The chair is easy to assemble. Raising the adjustable seat height can be a hassle, but I don't have to fiddle with it much. Since there are no bindings on the back or sides, I can stretch while seated. It was a bonus! Highly recommended if you work on the computer and have back pain.
