Pack of two. The belt is softly lined, which makes it very comfortable. Another plus is the lack of a tag on the belt. I'm a medium size (32-34") and the fit is just right for my 34" waist. The fabric feels very soft and comfortable. The fit is snug and not too tight, unlike compression shorts. ventilated and running makes you feel cool even in warm weather, I'm very happy with them.
