I am a large girl and ordered xxl thinking it would fit! . boy I was so wrong. It is super small. However I like that it covers my arms to make me sweat for my workouts. I am gonna keep it since I need to lose weight to fit it in eventually.Update: I lost weight by working out and eating healthy and this vest finally fit a bit lose! I actually gained some weight because I lost track but thankfully this vest fits and I use it along with neoprene pants for my spinning class. I am starting my weight loss journey #2 and my new goal is 50lbs.This neoprene vest helps you get SWEATY! My shirt is soaked in sweat after taking it off. The arm pits have a little fabric to be able to "breathe". It is comfortable.It is not true to size as I mentioned in my 1st review.
