Review on 🚲 ArcEnCiel Bike Bag Panniers - Water-Resistant, Large Capacity Rack Trunks for Bicycle Rear Seat Carrier Pack - Includes Rain Cover by Rushabh Gonsales

I am giving these baskets 3 stars because: I received these baskets earlier this week and they are still working fine. Excellent and durable material (a kind of canvas). They also have enough buckles to stay on my bike. There are just a couple of issues I have with these bags. 1. My biggest issue with them is if you look at the attached photos they tend to sag towards the wheels. If I don't adjust the belts correctly while driving and if I'm not careful, they run into my rear wheels on every bump in the road. I'm a student and I spend quite a bit of time every morning making sure the straps are in the right position, it takes time I just don't have. Also, the place I put the straps on isn't where it should be. I have to pull the rear strap pretty tight and then go around the corner to make it pull up the corner so I have to be careful with bumps because then the strap will fall off/fly and the corner will fall back onto my bike2. My only issue with them is that the stitching is not of high quality. I haven't had any issues with it yet, but it's clear it won't last as long as it could. UPDATE: I am updating the rating to 4 stars due to the excellent customer service. They responded to my complaints very quickly and sent me a new/improved and updated version of the bags. I will update the review again once I have a chance to try the new bags.
