Broken Lightning! in personal protective equipment

I bought this jacket for the winter, I've worn it twice, only for a short time, two cold mornings, and the zipper was already broken. I literally wore the jacket for maybe 3 hours total. Now the "window" for returns is over and I'm without a jacket! Well it's a joke!
