We really liked them initially - very strong magnet, very comfortable etc. They are in all our cars and my family members' cars. They were all fitted in early August and 3 of them broke within a few days. Two of them broke at the junction of the magnet with the bracket, and the other just fell off the dashboard. We've reinstalled them all at least once using the same 3M adhesive that comes with the magnet, but they keep falling off. I originally gave this a 5 star rating and ordered one for friends and family as I thought it was a great product. Now, less than 60 days after purchase, the zero is still working and there is no way to return it or get a replacement. Very disappointed. Also, maybe a lot of the positive feedback comes from people who checked it out right after the original purchase and just didn't change it when it broke.
