I love the look of this dish rack and it is great for drying dishes and utensils. My favorite feature is that it folds compactly for storage under the sink. The only issue was that after a few days of use, our daughter noticed that we had a sizable puddle on the counter, under the hinge where the spout engages the bottom of the tray. My husband immediately wanted to send it back, but I found a solution: I cut the tip of my pinky off a pair of rubber gloves and stuck it on the part that engages the spout. This sealed the joint and put an end to IVs. Now I love it again! Update: The glove solution didn't last long and I ended up sticking a piece of plastic tape over the leak (underside of the spout). It finally worked.
