Poorly packaged for shipping

This is a very good dish dryer but it arrived slightly wrinkled. The box was slightly damaged as shown in the photo. For the price paid, it would have been better if the product had been boxed. I don't have the time or energy to return it and the damage is cosmetic.

Pros
  • Slightly over
Cons
  • Exchange option

Very thoughtful design, LEAKS when fully extended

The design of this stand is close to perfection; however, it leaks from the lower joint when fully extended. This is fixed by an incomplete expansion. Update: The leak got worse. After stuffing the kitchen towels underneath as a solution, we decided to bring it back for the Simplehuman variant. Too bad nice design good size but doesn't work when dripping over the counter.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Annoying

Good. Leaking but easy to fix.

This is a beautiful and durable product. The stainless steel finish looks chic. The base is heavy and not easy to move. The cutting board holder is durable and will not break. The entire frame is heavy enough not to tip over if you put too much weight on one side. The only problem, as others have pointed out, is that it leaks at times. Leakage occurs because the drain pipe is connected to the bottom of the base. Wrapping plumbing tape around the underside of the base where the spout connects…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Long wait time

Perfect for our kitchen but leaks

I love the look of this dish rack and it is great for drying dishes and utensils. My favorite feature is that it folds compactly for storage under the sink. The only issue was that after a few days of use, our daughter noticed that we had a sizable puddle on the counter, under the hinge where the spout engages the bottom of the tray. My husband immediately wanted to send it back, but I found a solution: I cut the tip of my pinky off a pair of rubber gloves and stuck it on the part that engages…

No regrets if you got it, couldn't recommend more!

I have purchased several Joseph Joseph kitchen items from a local store and the quality always exceeds my expectations. I've been looking for a dish drying rack for months since deciding not to buy the regular ones sold in shops around the corner, I wanted something sophisticated, great quality and easy to take apart for cleaning and finally I came across Joseph Joseph Revain during the quest. I can't thank whoever invented this more than I should because everything was really well thought out…

Pros
  • Finally purchased
Cons
  • No paint required

Great quality, worth the money!

I've never seen myself buy a $60 dish drain, but I have a new kitchen and I couldn't bring myself to put an ugly regular grate in there. (Never thought I'd be interested in these things either, but here I am, 39, writing a review on dish drains on a Saturday afternoon.) It's amazing and well worth the extra money. I like that it's small when closed. It is very easy to assemble, looks very nice, the quality is excellent, not cheap and not flimsy. I like the fact that the metal parts are covered…
