I saw a kid using an elastic band at a public pool and I thought it looked more comfortable than the elastic band on my speedo goggles. I bought these two packs for my 5 year old son and I to try on our glasses and we both loved them! I used to have to adjust the temples of my son's glasses at least twice every time we went to the pool (he cares a lot about how tight his glasses fit). After switching to them, he's a lot less likely to ask me to adjust his glasses, and now I just tweak the laces slightly to get the right fit. I also find them very comfortable and can't imagine going back to the strap that came with my glasses!
