ONHI contacted me and offered to refund or replace my case! They said they solved the problem with the bow and sent me a new one two days later! Customer service was excellent and quick. The color was better this time too, and they even included a free keyboard cover. I am thrilled as I liked everything about this product. I'll keep it updated to see how well this case holds up. *This review was also only posted at my own request and was not a replacement condition *This keyboard had great reviews and I loved it! The first 3 months. I've used it as a laptop replacement and should probably use it 5 hours a day. After about 2.5-3 months of use, the plastic mechanism holding the screen in a vertical position broke. Ever since propping up the screen with a water bottle until I found a new keyboard I was definitely disappointed as it is so beautiful and easy to use. Also, I bought it partly because it matched the rose gold of my iPad Pro, but it definitely turned more yellowish as you can see in the second picture. Also, I keep it in my backpack along with a few other folders, notepads, etc. And it's worn a lot, revealing the dark gray color underneath. I was definitely unhappy with it as it no longer looked fancy but cheap. I'd say it might be ok for the casual user or someone who just needs a cheap and quick fix, but for most people I'd say go for the best quality.
