Reliable, no-frills knife
This paring knife is just what you need for cutting fruit and vegetables quickly and easily. Thanks to the small knife, I can cut fruit easily and quickly. The blade here is sharp, but not sharp enough to cut your fingers when slicing fruit. I was blown away by how light the knife was even though the metal is strong. I found the handle to be a little lighter than expected, but it served its purpose. Overall an excellent knife.
