I'm really surprised, but it gives you a much better view in shallow water. Viewing the tree underwater and then wearing them actually allows you to see more as it eliminates some of the glare on the water that you may not notice at first. This is very cool given the low price. They are not the best shades on my head, they look too big on my face. But I bought them for work, not for looks. And they work.
