The pack is great, I used it in a spartan beast and it has held up well. I had quick access to snacks and gels. The hose that comes with it is flimsy and I would suggest getting a case for it and updating the latch on the cap's mouthpiece. I think if Camelbak incorporated silicone strips into the belt it would hold up better and not ride up when running. This change and replacement of the hose makes this a 5 star product.
