I would like some sort of chart or actual cost of plaster of paris.

Yes, expensive, but reliable and most importantly reliable. If you need to check the concrete for moisture before laying the floor, then this is your trusty friend. Stains fast Immediate display Also tests relative values in plaster. I wish this gave the actual moisture reading for gypsum concrete.
