Terrible Experience

At first I really liked the product but my long experience of customer service may have been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Now after a firmware update or two the hardware stops working. The motion-based recordings don't work properly, I can't load the recordings into the library and the image resolution is very poor (definitely not the advertised 2K). The only consistent thing about Arlo is the poor customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.
