I really like these stripes. They are perfect for ponytails for my 6 year old granddaughter. I've bought them before and although some of the colors were a bit odd for a little girl (grey, avocado) they were all bright colors in a great variety. So I re-ordered when she and her older sister lost most of the first order. This time the diversity was strange. Here's how my 98 stripes were distributed: Light Pink 6, Medium Light Pink 5, Medium Pink 7, Dark Pink 4, Light Pink 9, Coral Pink 2 = 33 PINK; maroon 2, red, 5, bright orange 2, yellow-orange 5, yellow 6, light yellow 1= 24 RED/YELLOW/ORANGE; Dayglo Chartreuse 2, light green 2, medium green 3, dark green 1= 8 GREEN; Light Blue 2, Aqua 2, Navy 4, Lavender 3, Purple 4 = 15 BLUE/PURPLE; Dark Gray 3, Tan 2, Dark Brown 5, Black 7, White 1 = 18 ALL OTHERS . My granddaughter loves the blue color which we got exactly FOUR of, not counting the dark blue which is hard to tell from black. While I really like the strips I probably won't be ordering them a third time as the colors are NOT random. And how to make two ponytails or braids with just one ribbon in some colors? Edit March 2019 I increased my rating from 3 to 5 stars as I love these tapes so much and Phyllis worked with me to make my granddaughter happy. As far as I know, good bands and responsible customer service are a win-win situation.
