It does not work. We had a gas leak and it was never an alarm.

It just plugged in in the recommended spot in the kitchen, the light came on, we had a big gas leak and it never went off the alarm! You gave me the money back. Wouldn't buy it again.

Pros

Easy to install: The gas leak detector is easy to install and can be used to detect gas leaks by connecting directly to the outlet.
