I am totally disappointed with this product. The only thing it has is that it looks nice and fits in a small space. I had to make two trips to Lowes to get the hardware needed for the installation as what came with the towel rail was a total waste of money. The nuts didn't fit the small bolts to hold the blocks together so this was the first trip to Lowes, I don't know if the nuts or bolts were screwed on incorrectly so I bought 2 new bolts and 2 new nuts that match . After I had that together I lined it up on the wall to mark where I needed to drill the holes to install the anchors. Well I put in the anchors but once I placed the stand against the wall and screwed on the anchors they fell right through because they had no edge to hold them to the wall. Second trip to Lowes to get the correct screw anchors. At this point I had no choice but to put this shelf up since I had drilled eight holes through the wallpaper in the bathroom. Whatever you do, double check before you poke holes in your walls because if I did I could return it and get my money back. Haven't tried hanging towels on this hanger yet but now that it's on the wall I can see it's not holding my larger towels. Luckily I have smaller towels that should fit so I don't have to buy new towels as well.
