Well, just on the skull
First, it saves better in the wet than in the dry. I agree, but what I wasn't expecting is that he either cuts his hair so badly when it's not skull but muscle, or you have to push so hard you scratch. The hair on the front and back of the neck also needs to be shaved, which doesn't work very well.
